Before we cook anything, let's make sure our barbecue is ready and clean. We need 2 minutes for this.

  1.  Throw the ashes out of your brazier!


    The ash pile accumulating under the grill obstructs the air flow, making the cooking process difficult. If there are piles of ash under your barbecue in this way, you can clean and throw them properly.

  2. Clean the grills!


    You can clean the rust, dirt and residues on your grills by using a hard brush.

  3. Preheat your grills before barbecue!


    Heating the grill for a few minutes before putting food on the grill will prevent the food from sticking. After you've burned your charcoal, put on your grills and let it warm for a few minutes.

    A very simple step that too many people skipped! Dip a paper towel into cooking oil with a tongs. We grease our grills thoroughly with a paper towel that we greased with the help of tongs. You are now ready to barbecue!
